Last month, Peace One Day ( www.peaceoneday.org ) – a UK-based organization that works to promote global Peace Day, September 21 – proudly launched its United States educational curriculum with an initial roll out in the six Northeast States. The curriculum, recommended for grades 6-12, aims to foster discussion among young people about peace and nonviolence in their schools, local communities, and the world at large. Now we need your help to make sure the initiative is an even greater success! We want as many people as possible – namely educators – to access this valuable tool. Please register for the resource online at http://education.peaceoneday.org/ and share the link with your friends and colleagues who might be interested in learning more about this project. Together, we can help make our nation, and our world, a more peaceful place. Thank you for your support! Anna G. Richardson
