It is a bit like the chicken and egg when we talk about ADHD and depression. Which comes first? Depression may well be caused by the problems associated with ADHD such as failure at school and difficulties in relationships with peers and siblings. Statistics show that ADHD children have a much higher chance of being depressed and some experts believe thus could be as high as three times than for normal children.
